Shipping Charges
Domestic (India)
• ✅ Free shipping on all orders above ₹1499
• 📦 For orders below ₹1499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹90 applies
International Orders
• 🌍 Shipping rates are based on actual courier or India Post charges
• 💡 Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination
• 🧾 Customs and import duties (if applicable) must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery. These vary by country and are beyond our control.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Domestic Orders (India)
• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days
International Orders
• Dispatched within 2–10 business days
• If your order contains multiple items with varying availability, the entire shipment will be dispatched together unless otherwise requested.

In exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or technical issues, there may be a delay in dispatch or delivery. If that happens, we’ll inform you promptly via email or WhatsApp and do our best to expedite your order.
