Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and you may wish to cancel an order.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • If your cancellation request is received within this window, a full refund will be processed within 24–72 hours.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted after the 12-hour window.

Return Policy

We take great care in packing and shipping your orders, but in the rare case of issues, here’s how returns work:

Return Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • Fabrics and SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products must be unused, with all original tags and stickers intact.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please share the following details with us at izalifestyle25@gmail.com or on WhatsApp:

  • Your order details
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images or videos (especially in case of damaged items)

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We do not arrange pickups. Kindly use reliable courier services such as DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post.

Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong product, or missing item, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is strongly needed as proof.
  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on the case, which we will validate once the product reaches us back, and then decide on the refund.
  • Minor variations in print or color due to natural dyes or handmade processes are not considered defects.

Refunds

Replacement & Monetary Refund Processing Times – REHAB A

  • Replacement Processing Time: 7 days
  • Refund Credit Time: 7 days (amount will be credited to the customer’s account within this period)

Store Credit

  • Refunds (for valid returns) are typically issued as Store Credit.
  • Store credit will be emailed to you within 24 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Store credit is valid for a lifetime and applicable for future purchases online or in-store.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Monetary Refunds

  • We offer a money refund only in cases of damaged or wrong product delivery.
  • Once the return is received and inspected (takes 1–2 business days), refunds are processed to the original payment method in 7–14 working days.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.

Important Notes

  • Misprints and minor color variations are natural features of handcrafted items and are not eligible for return.
  • All returns are subject to inspection by our team before processing any credit or refund.
  • IZA Lifestyle, under REHAB A, reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, exchange, and refund cases.
