1. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm custom orders. The remaining amount must be cleared before delivery.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Customization & Alterations
- Custom-made outfits are designed as per client specifications. Any alterations beyond the agreed design may incur additional charges.
- Minor alterations are complimentary within 7 days of delivery. Further modifications may be chargeable.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- No returns or refunds on customized or made-to-order garments.
- Exchanges are only applicable for ready-to-wear items, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and returned within 3 days of purchase.
- Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Delivery & Timelines
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order placement. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be informed in advance.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, sketches, and collections are the exclusive property of DESIRES and cannot be copied or reproduced without written permission.
6. Privacy Policy
- Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for order processing and service enhancement.
